Ex-Chelsea Striker Adrian Mutu Set To Star In Snoop Dogg’s New Video

AC Cesena Unveils New Player Adrian Mutu

Former Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu has appeared to confirm that he is set to star in a music video with rapper Snoop Dogg.

Mutu, who was sacked by the Blues in 2004 after failing a drugs test, is now 35-years-old and playing for Romanian club Petrolul Ploiesti.

But it appears that the striker is planning for life away from football, with a move into the music business on the cards.

Reports last week suggested he has met American rapper Snoop Dogg and was planning on featuring in his latest music video, as part of a growing relationship between the pair. continue...

And Mutu has now appeared to confirm the news on his Instagram account by publishing a photo of the news article.

Massimo Caroletti, a director who works closely with Snoop, told journalists recently that Mutu has ‘great potential’ to be in music videos and hinted he was ready to include the much travelled forward in his next production.

Mutu has plenty of spare time on his hands after being banned from the Romania squad – for comparing the manager to comedy character Mr Bean.
