The ace footballer sent a birthday shout out to his third baby mama, Abigail Barwuah (Mario Balotelli's older sister) and posted the pic above (right) on his instagram page. Abigail replied that she's crazy in love. Obafemi Martins and Abigail Barwuah are still going strong after almost 2years together. The lovers welcomed a son in October 2013.
